With an active sales policy and a partnership with cooperatives, in just one year we have developed a company that is present with its services on the whole territory of the Republic of Croatia.

By putting the client first and taking responsibilities for all real estate maintenance issues, we have become a partner to real estate owners. Each project has a separate „tailor-made“ solution, in accordance with the needs of the owner.

When taking over the real estate, in addition to the usual maintenance, special goals are defined with the owner, which are actively worked on until their fulfillment.

We are currently carrying out, mostly integrated, maintenance of over 120 real estates with a total area of over 250.000 m2. The sectors in which we are present are the sectors of office buildings , supermarkets, residential buildings and retail.
